One size has never fit all. Not even close.
If you've ever used a disposable pad that was either too short, too bulky, or just wrong for that particular day — you already understand the problem. Pad manufacturers make one or two sizes and expect every body and every flow to fit into them. They don't.
Flows vary by person. They vary by day within the same cycle. They vary by age, by stage of life, by whether you've had children, by where you are in perimenopause. A 23-year-old on a light flow day and a postpartum mum on day two have genuinely different needs — and they can't both be served by the same 24cm rectangle.
That's the whole reason Wonder Pads is built around custom sizing. Not as a marketing angle. Because it's actually what works.
Every size, what it's for, and what it costs

Not sure what size to start with? Grab your current disposable pad and measure it. That length is usually your perfect starting point. Still unsure? DM me — I'll help you figure it out in about two messages.
You choose the exact length — not just the category
Within each absorbency level, you pick the specific length that works for your body. Someone who needs a regular pad might feel comfortable at 9 inches. Someone else might want 12. Both are regular absorbency — but the fit is completely different.
This matters most for overnight and extra long pads, where a few inches front-to-back can make the difference between sleeping through the night or not. One length does not work for everyone, and I won't pretend it does.
You don't have to pick just one
The whole point of custom sizing is that your stash should flex with your cycle. A liner for the last two days. A regular for the middle. A heavy for day one. An overnight for sleeping. These are four different pads doing four different jobs — and having the right one for each makes every part of your cycle more manageable.
There's no minimum order. Order one to try, or mix across sizes and absorbencies to build your stash exactly how you need it. That's the whole idea.
